Privacy

Short version: this site keeps your email address only if you ask for it and confirm, uses it only for what you agreed to, and doesn't track you.

Who is responsible

Mirko Marić, publishing as Kastalis. Contact: [email protected].

Your email address

If you sign up, we keep your email address and a record of your consent (when you signed up and confirmed). We use it to send you one message when the Owner's Edition opens and at most one short lesson a month. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.

The list is held by Brevo, an email service based in France, which sends the emails on our behalf. We don't sell, rent or share the list with anyone else.

If you don't click the confirmation link, you are not added to the list. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a do-not-email list, so that you never get anything from us again.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We see numbers such as how many people visited and which site they came from — not who you are.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
